Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Refund Process

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Downloadable products
• Personal care items
• Sale or clearance items

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us and send your item back.
